The room was awesome, just perfect! It had a view of the town and a super comfy king-sized bed 🛏️. The breakfast was good, they had ham, meat, and pastries which was exactly what we needed.

The ambiance and decor of the old hotel, it's sitting rooms and dining rooms overlooking the lovely garden, terrace and river beyond, are cared for by the very friendly and helpful couple in charge. Bathrooms are modern, pretty, and sparkling. Their restaurant is excellent and breakfast is generous. Convenient, easy & free parking; central location yet very quiet. A most enjoyable stay!

The location is great and peaceful, very close to a wonderful garden; there's a nearby place called L'emboscada worth checking out within a short 5-minute walk.

Everything was better than we had expected. The service was a reflection of that given by M et Mme Nourrisson, the owners, who were always available to answer questions and assist when necessary. The hotel is in a quiet location, but within walking distance of the shops etc., the food is excellent and we can think of no better place to stay for a relaxing break. We shall return!

The owners are charming - very welcoming and helpful. All the staff were also very friendly and efficient. A lovely garden and pool in a very nice small town.
The steps to the main entrance were a bit difficult for oldies with suitcases!

The room is new-fashioned and functional with particularly nice views of the beautiful medieval town. The location is gorgeous, on the square, nestled in a pretty building right by the center of Montignac as well as the river. Would recommend staying here.

Close proximity to the town centre. A warm welcome from the proprietor. Delightful walled garden and pool. Typical French decor. Easy parking. Useful having wifi in the room.
Would have liked a refrigerator in the bedroom. The bedroom seating did not consist of easy chairs.
